Caesar's Take
The Gafner family, same owners behind Swaylo's Tiki and Jefe's, fell in love with Longmont and put down roots here. Craft casual American restaurant and bar that gives back 10% of all profit to fund adoptions. Featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. The rooftop patio is the move in summer and the Bangin' Cauliflower is the dish that earns the reputation.
What to order
Bangin' Cauliflower and Steak Frites are the signature items. Red Bird Farms chicken wings in Buffalo, BBQ, or Thai. Pork lettuce wraps, candied bacon sliders, and polenta bites with Haystack Mountain goat cheese as starters. Short Rib Sandwich, Kimchi Burger, and Thai Pork Tacos for mains. Bananas Foster bread pudding and warm carrot cake for dessert.
Patio
Rooftop bar open May through October. Street level outdoor seating also available. Downtown Main Street location. The rooftop is the signature feature. One of only a handful of true rooftop patios in NoCo.

Show up between 3 and 5pm Monday through Friday for happy hour, order a $6 Rock Margarita and the Bangin' Cauliflower, grab the rooftop if weather allows, and stay for the Steak Frites once the happy hour window closes.
Good to know
Rooftop is seasonal, May through October only. Sunday brunch runs 11am to 2pm. 10% of all profit goes to adoption funding. Live music runs throughout the week. Steak supply is limited as beef is fabricated on Mondays only.
