Third-generation restaurateur Grant Hopfenspirger brings over 20 years of restaurant experience to Teocalli, combining traditional Mexican regional cuisine with a fully from-scratch, 100% gluten-free kitchen. Downtown Longmont's Main Street is the right home for it. Upstairs seating with rooftop access, a serious cocktail menu, and daily happy hour. The kind of place that earns repeat visits.
What to order
La Casa Margarita, the Salsa Trio with all seven house options at $9, and Fingerling Potatoes with chimichurri and cotija at $6. The Shishito Peppers with tamari ginger sauce and morita aioli at $11 for something different. Everything is 100% gluten-free and made from scratch.

Show up between 3 and 5pm daily, grab the rooftop if weather allows, order the La Casa Margarita at $8 and the Guacamole Tradicional at $7, and work through the taco lineup with $1 off every taco. Tuesday adds Taco Tuesday specials on top.
