Caesar's Take
Collision Brewing began from an idea that beer flavors could be combined, flavors that summon distant memories, awaken the senses, and inspire creativity. Family owned, automotive-themed, and genuinely more interesting than the concept sounds. 25 beers brewed on site with a wide variety of styles, an impressive bourbon, Scotch, and whiskey selection, and craft cocktails that hold their own. The food menu goes further than standard brewpub fare. Ranked 17th of 214 Longmont restaurants on Tripadvisor.
