This place just relaunched in February 2026 so people are still figuring out what it is. The old Ted's Sweetwater Grill closed in September 2025 and came back as a fast-casual burgers and pizza concept. Counter service, scratch kitchen, patio, bar still intact. The kind of neighborhood spot that works because it's the only one nearby and it turns out the food is actually good.
