Philippe French Bistro

Philippe feels like one of the closest things Fort Collins has to a real neighborhood French bistro instead of a "French-inspired" restaurant. The patio fills up with wine drinkers and date nights once the weather gets warm, while the inside stays quieter and a little more intimate. It definitely leans upscale, but not in a stuffy way. People come here for long conversations, good wine, and rich French food that actually feels authentic.
