Indigo

INDIGO feels a lot more modern and elevated than what most people probably expect when they hear "Indian restaurant" in Fort Collins. The presentation, cocktails, and overall atmosphere all lean more date-night or foodie-night-out than casual takeout spot. The naan alone is worth talking about, especially the truffle parmesan version, and the menu does a really good job balancing traditional dishes with more creative stuff. Smaller dining room, darker vibe, and definitely a place I'd recommend making a reservation for on weekends. Good spot when you want something different from the normal downtown rotation without sacrificing quality.
