Martini's Bistro

Martinis is one of those old-school Northern Colorado date-night spots that has somehow survived every restaurant trend change for decades. The converted house gives it a completely different feel than most modern restaurants, and once the patio fills up on a summer night with martinis and string lights, you understand why people keep coming back. Definitely leans more polished and adult than loud or trendy.
