Caesar's Take

Founded by two brothers from Cuautla, Jalisco who fused their love of ancient Mayan and Aztec history with their expertise in Mexican food. Over 15 years on South College and a local institution by any measure. Huge portions, reasonable prices, seafood enchiladas, burritos, and margaritas get called out most by regulars. The mole sauce gets singled out specifically as something you won't find elsewhere in Fort Collins.

What to order
Three enchilada dinner combination with mole, green tomatillo, and crema sauces is the standout. Inca Margarita, Jalisco Style Shrimp, Inca Salad, and the Espresso Burrito are signature items per the official menu. Fried banana flamed with special ingredients and served with ice cream for dessert.
Patio
Small patio tucked along the left side of the building under mature trees. Umbrella tables in blue and red, naturally shaded by tree canopy. Nothing fancy but comfortable and well shaded for a summer afternoon.
