Sugar Beet Saloon feels like the kind of place Fort Collins needed more of. Relaxed patio, historic barn atmosphere, cold beer, simple food, and absolutely zero pressure to rush out after one drink. The patio setup out at Jessup Farm is really what makes it special because it feels tucked away from the normal Fort Collins traffic and chaos. I also like that the place leans into the old Colorado farm history instead of trying to be some ultra-modern cocktail bar. Good spot to slow down a little, meet friends, grab a pretzel and a beer, and just hang out for awhile.
