Nordy's is one of those classic Northern Colorado BBQ spots that's been around long enough people already know exactly what they're ordering before they walk in. Big portions, smoky brisket, sauce bottles everywhere, cold beer, and the kind of place that smells like hickory the second the door opens. It definitely leans more old-school smokehouse than trendy craft BBQ. The loaded Hillbilly Nachos are ridiculous in the best way possible and the lunch buffet can get dangerous if you show up hungry. Not really a quiet dinner spot, but a great place when you want barbecue, comfort food, and zero concern about eating light.
