Ginger and Baker is one of those Fort Collins spots people use to show off the city a little. Huge old mill building, nonstop pastry smell, busy brunch energy, and one of the better patio hangs once the weather turns nice. It’s pricier than a normal breakfast spot, but the overall experience usually makes up for it.

Get the smash burger or brunch plates, then absolutely save room for pie or a cinnamon roll.

Big shaded patio with umbrellas, dogs everywhere, and people settling in for long brunches and afternoon drinks once the sun comes out. One of the better dog-friendly patios anywhere near Old Town.
