Caesar's Take
Busaba has been a Front Range favorite since 2010, with spots in Louisville, Boulder, Longmont, and now Erie. It’s as much a cocktail bar as a Thai restaurant. The drink program holds its own against the food. And the patio, looking over open grassland toward the mountains, might be the best outdoor seat in Erie.
What to order
Crab Rangoon, Drunken Noodles, and Sweet and Sour Pork are the most praised dishes. Tom Kha soup, Pad See Ew, Panang Curry, Pineapple Fried Rice, and Cashew Nut Chicken round out what regulars order repeatedly. Spice levels are adjustable and the kitchen takes them seriously.

Elevated open-air patio with sweeping views over open grassland toward the mountains. Flower boxes along the green metal railing, umbrella tables, dark wicker seating. The sunset view is genuinely exceptional. One of the best outdoor setups in Erie.

Show up at 4:30pm when dinner service opens, grab a patio table before they fill up, order cocktails while the sun is still above the mountains, and anchor the meal with Drunken Noodles and Panang Curry. Tom Kha soup gets called out specifically in reviews as a must.
