William Oliver's Publick House

William Oliver’s feels more like an old neighborhood whiskey pub than a typical Fort Collins sports bar, and honestly that’s why I love it. Huge whiskey and bourbon selection, really good bartenders if you need recommendations, and yes… the bacon thing is very real here. The thick-cut bacon baskets are kind of ridiculous in the best way possible. It’s a smaller, cozy place where people actually sit and talk instead of staring at TVs all night. Great spot for a cold night, a strong pour of bourbon, and hanging out with friends for a few hours.
