Vatos is one of those places that fits the Foundry perfectly. Good patio energy, tacos coming out fast, margaritas flowing, and always something happening around the plaza. I honestly think the patio is the move here because you're right in the middle of downtown Loveland without dealing with traffic flying by. The birria tacos are probably the standout for me, especially with a margarita during happy hour. It's definitely more fast-casual than full-service restaurant, but the tequila selection and overall atmosphere make it feel more elevated than your typical taco counter. Good spot before a movie, during summer events, or when you just want an easy patio night with friends.
Patio
More loud tacos-and-drinks patio than polished cocktail patio, and that's kind of the appeal. Feels like the type of place where the table keeps ordering another round without much discussion.
