Sometimes they have bottles available that aren't on the main draft board. Also, talk to the staff...they are incredibly knowledgeable and will often guide you through a tasting journey based on what you usually like to drink.

They have a nice outdoor patio space that is heated, making it a good option even when the Colorado weather gets chilly. It’s a relaxed spot to enjoy a sour in the fresh air.
