The Greeley Old Chicago is a chain on paper, but it's worn into its neighborhood in a way the newer locations aren't. Scuffed wood booths, older tile, sports memorabilia that's hung in the same spot for a decade, and a mix of blue-collar regulars, families, and game-watchers who treat it like the local. The bar regulars have been grinding through their World Beer Tour cards for years. Nothing cool or elevated about it, just durable and familiar, which is its own kind of value.
