Two friends from Georgia who came to Colorado to ski, lost their jobs in the 2009 recession, and started delivering homemade Southern BBQ in brown bags from their Boulder apartments. Named Best BBQ in Colorado by the Travel Channel in 2017 and featured on Food Paradise. The Greeley location opened in 2022 with spacious dining, an all-season porch, and a country dance night on Saturdays that turns the restaurant into something else entirely after dark.
