Coyote's Southwestern Grill

Coyote’s is one of those longtime Greeley spots that locals seem genuinely loyal to, and after going there it’s pretty easy to understand why. Big patio, strong margaritas, really good green chile, and the kind of menu that leans unapologetically into comfort food. Happy hour there is one of the better deals around too, especially if you grab a spot out on the patio with a shaker margarita and some queso. Place definitely gets loud and busy on weekends, but that’s kind of part of the atmosphere. Feels more like a local gathering place than just another Mexican restaurant.
