Unlike standard places that bring your cheese in a simple ceramic bowl, Casa Agave’s signature move is serving their rich, velvety melted Queso Dip directly on a sizzling-hot fajita cast-iron platter with fresh chorizo mixed right into the center. It arrives at the table popping, bubbling, and smoking, completely upgrading the standard chip-dipping experience.
Good to know
The Sizzling Plate Broiler: Much like traditional, old-school scratch kitchens, they broil and bake their combo plates and enchiladas directly on the heavy stoneware dinner dishes. The plates are intensely hot when they hit your table, so give them a few minutes to cool down before diving in.
