Beau Jo's is one of those places everybody in Fort Collins has ended up at after a day in the mountains, a CSU game, or a long afternoon drinking downtown. People mostly go for the giant mountain pizzas, cheap pitchers, and the ritual of dumping honey all over the leftover crust at the end of the meal. The patio stays packed once Old Town gets busy and half the room usually looks like families sitting next to college kids and people still wearing hiking clothes. Loud, messy, very Colorado, and honestly way better when you stop trying to eat healthy for the night.
